Brow lamination is quickly becoming a popular process for brow-lovers. This non-invasive process gives you stunning, fuller brows without having to use needles or any harmful chemicals. Over plucked, thinning, and patchy eyebrows are no match for this amazing micro-blading alternative.
What Is Brow Lamination?
Brow lamination is a convenient, innovative way of raising your arch, filling your brows, and getting that striking celebrity look in under an hour. Without having to use semi-permanent makeup, tattooing, or needles, brow lamination provides an adjustment of your natural brows to create the illusion of a far bolder look.
What’s the Process?
There are several steps to brow lamination, although the process itself is very straightforward and non-invasive. The process begins with cream being applied to the brow to help the hairs become more moldable. This allows them to hold their new shape. After the cream is applied, one of our experienced professionals will begin brushing your brow hairs up into a shape that enhances what you already have, rather than giving you an entirely new shape. This ensures that your brows still look natural (along with being glamorous).
A neutralizer and a moisturizing oil are applied afterward to help keep your brows healthy. This process only takes about 40 minutes. It’s painless, straightforward, and convenient. The lamination can even be followed up with a brow tint or some additional tweezing if you want to empower your brows even more. You can discuss your ideal brows with our welcoming staff to ensure that you get exactly what you’re looking for.
How Long Does It Last?
A brow lamination typically lasts about 4 to 6 weeks. To have them last as long as possible, we recommend that you do a few things to keep your brows healthy in the crucial 24-hour window, post-process. This includes:
- Avoid water (swimming, showering, etc.)
- Don’t engage in activities that can result in significant sweating
- Protect your brows from hot temperatures and humid environments
Given that the growth cycles of your eyebrow hairs are about 3 months long, many clients continue to get brow lamination every 2 to 3 months to maintain the results they love. Either way, the growing out process is smooth and non-disruptive so you never have to worry about them looking odd while the lamination is being undone.
Does Brow Lamination Hurt?
Nope. The brow lamination process doesn’t hurt. We ensure that our clients are comfortable at every stage of the process, no matter their skin type or desired brow shape. While brow lamination is incredibly safe, we’re also active in helping your brows remain conditioned and nourished throughout the process and afterward to keep them healthy.
